Need some help with your computer?

  1. Take a look at the Knowledge Base for solutions to common problems. You’ll find it at http://dringtech.freshdesk.com
  2. Raise a support ticket to request help! It's helpful if the subject of the ticket briefly summarises the problem. You can put any extra information that will help diagnose the problem in the description field. Screenshots are particularly helpful. You can also raise tickets by emailing support@dringtech.freshdesk.com.
  3. For very urgent issues, calling direct is the best option, although please also raise a ticket for reference.

Most communication should be possible via the Freshdesk ticket system. On occasion, it's helpful to be able to take remotely access the machine. TeamViewer software is used for this.
